Return and Refund Policy

The customer is required to check the contents of the package as soon as it is delivered and to ensure that the products are in good condition and are exactly what they ordered. After doing so, you have the right to return the products you purchased in the following cases:

a) If you have received a product that has been damaged during transport:
If the inside of the package is damaged, you must keep the packaging in the exact same condition that you received it, along with the products inside it (for example: the bubbles or the styrofoam) in order to hand it over to the shipping company and then an expert will evaluate the situation. Also you will have to deliver all accompanying documents (such as the receipt). Failure to comply with these terms will also mean our non-acceptance of compensation or replacement.
b) You have the right to return without cause within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product, by returning it to it's original condition without incurring any cost other than the original shipping and return expenses.
c) We do not accept returns with no cause, of products that are not in their original packaging, with their safety tape unsealed, or do not come with a safety tape because the customer have changed their mind and want a different product.(for example, lip gloss, mascara, pencils, lip liner, eye liner, nail varnishes and more generally skin-friendly items for use on hygiene and health protection purposes as well as perfume tester, shampoo, masks etc where it can not be determined whether or not it was used)
d)( We do not accept returns for products that were not in stock at the time of the oder. We inform you every time about the estimated dispatch date BEFORE you place your order and AFTERWARDS, with email or SMS.
 
In any case, a basic requirement is that you have to contact us for up to two (2) working days from the date of receiving the product and the product is in its original packaging, sealed and not used.(exception of course is the case if the product is defective and it was necessary to use it for verification).Once we receive the product, we will immediately refund its value to a bank account that you will declare to us.If the reason for returning the product is due to a mistake of our own, we bear the shipping costs for its return and in this case there is no charge for the customer. In any other case, at your own expense, you will dispatch it in the manner you received it (registered or courier) and in a secure package to avoid damage during transportation, at the headquarters of the company located in Serres, on Makedonomachon Street , no. 9, with Postal Code 62123. In this case, the value of the product is returned to the customer without including shipping or delivery charges.

** Returns of products are not accepted on the grounds that the fragrance is not genuine. All perfumes and cosmetics are accompanied by legal documents, have batch production code from which you can check the date of manufacture of the product through international sites for the consumer as http://checkcosmetic.net/ & http://www.checkfresh.com/, or even contact the manufacture store. A fragrance to be defective must be polymerized and does not last its perfume. Do not try to smell a perfume directly from the bottle. Before your nose comes to get acquainted with the character of the fragrance, it will be overwhelmed by the alcohol that each fragrance contains. Spray the fragrance on a mouillette (tester paper) or on a plain paper. If after 2-3 hours the paper does not smell at all, we can call it defective. In case that a perfume which does not meet the defect conditions is returned, the customer is charged the first shipping (3 €) and th second shipping (3 €). In case it is indeed defective a new one will be sent to the customer or all of the money they had to pay. **

Special wholesale terms
For wholesale sales that are exclusively for traders and have lower pricing, the right of consumer withdrawal does not apply. All wholesale orders are prepaid as soon as the availability of the products is confirmed by sending the pre-invoice. Cancellations are only accepted for products that were in "stock" in our warehouse at the time of the order. For all other products, which are "on order", no cancellation is possible.
